On-Site Residential Inspection

A comprehensive on-site physical inspection and radiation testing of your home will uncover hidden sources of EMFs from both internal and external objects, such as wireless devices, electrical wiring issues, solar power installations, nearby power lines and cell towers. These are just some of the most common sources of EMFs that we identify, but there may be many more that are unknown.

For those residents of apartment complexes, townhomes, duplexes, or condominiums, an on-site EMF safety inspection can be crucial in understanding the health of your environment. Living in close proximity to neighboring Wi-Fi signals, Smart Utility Meter clusters, and shared powerlines carrying "Dirty Electricity" are all real concerns in these types of living arrangements.

A complete and thorough EMF assessment of your home environment will provide the critical information needed make proper health and safety decisions towards reducing your overall daily exposure levels.

Upon completion of the EMF Safety Inspection, you will receive a detailed report of the findings that include test readings, property layouts, "Hot Spots" or areas of extreme concern, along with recommendations for protective measures that may be required for creating and maintaining a healthy and safe environment.

On-Site Commercial Inspection

Offices, Schools, and Commercial Buildings can be affected by EMF radiation from a variety of sources that aren't typically found in a residential setting. Electrical rooms, elevator shafts, electrical conduits and building transformers can create high levels of EMF emissions that affect nearby occupied spaces.

In many instances, creating some distance between the EMF source and the occupied area can be an effective solution. In other cases, shielding can be a viable option to provide protection.

Our Commercial on-site building and environmental inspections provide an opportunity for in-depth testing and identification of internal and external EMF sources allowing for accurate mitigation and remediation strategies against hazardous and high-threat radiation areas.

We provide a professional and detailed report containing all measurement levels, floorplan view outlining critical areas of concern, and include recommendations for reducing exposure such as removal of offending sources, distancing, electrical re-work, or shielding methods as needed.

EMF/RF Remediation

We approach each of our client's needs as an opportunity to provide the most secure and cost-effective solutions possible.

In many cases, our EMF safety solutions enable clients to experience instant relief and enjoy a better quality of sleep that night. Many of our EMF solutions can be implemented during the on-site inspection at no additional cost.

Following an on-site inspection, we provide a detailed professional report outlining all areas of concern and include recommendations for addressing the key areas of EMF exposure.

Some of our clients request a post-inspection consultation to further discuss inspection results and to obtain assistance with the remediation process.

In certain environments where the EMF radiation sources are externally located, or at such high radiation levels that simple modifications are not sufficient, a more involved solution may be required. This often involves the installation of shielding materials, and/or certain renovations to the building's construction. In such cases, our EMF-Expert Consultants will develop a detailed remediation plan that includes calculated levels of EMF reduction and estimated material costs associated with the project.

Upon completion of EMF remediation projects, the levels of EMFs will be re-testing to demonstrate the degree of EMF reduction.

Sleep Sanctuary Design

The average person spends approximately one-third of their life sleeping. Our modern bedroom environments expose us to EMF levels that are so damaging our body/brain sleep functions they pose serious risks.

Electromagnetic Fields are proven to disrupt normal sleep patterns, resulting in melatonin imbalances, linked to many disorders and illnesses.

It makes sense to focus on reducing our exposure to these disruptive EMF fields in our sleeping areas while our bodies rest and repair.

In the typical sleeping area, EMF exposure from external sources: live electrical wiring in ceilings, walls and floors, coupled with wireless RF radiation from Wi-Fi Routers and Mobile Cell Phones, can be thousands of times higher than the human body’s own electrical system. Long-term exposure to these high-level EMF fields can impair the body’s ability to release melatonin, a natural hormone from your pineal gland and that can eventually lead to illnesses.

Fortunately, we can actively safeguard our sleeping space, to a great extent, by

understanding and implementing the most effective protection methods and materials possible.

Electromagnetic Hypersensitivity

The term EHS (Electromagnetic Hypersensitivity), also known as ES- Electro-Sensitivity, “Radio wave sickness”, or “Microwave sickness”, is a condition that has been known for over 80 years, in which an individual experiences symptoms like headaches, dizziness, unusual heart palpitations, or insomnia. These symptoms occur when an individual is in close proximity to wireless technologies or electrical devices such as smart meters, cell towers, Wi-Fi, mobile phones, cordless phones, power line magnetic fields, and electric fields from various electronics devices.

In most cases, symptoms may take 3-5 years of continuous EMF exposure to emerge. Within the first 5 years, avoiding or reducing exposure may eliminate future symptoms. However, after 10 years of continued exposure to EMF radiation, severe symptoms and disease may become evident. Once EMF exposure is reduced or halted, symptoms may take time to subside.

It is estimated that today, more than 30% of people can already feel the EMF radiation and they are on their way to becoming EHS, but the numbers are rapidly increasing due to the exponential rise in EMF pollution around our homes and communities.

Even though the effects of EMF pollution cannot be seen or felt, your biology is still being damaged by these invisible radiation fields.

Standard Hourly Rates

On-site EMF inspections, testing, analysis, assessments and remediation solutions are provided for a flat-hourly rate:

$150 per hour (2-hour min.)

$150 per hour for extended detailed report writing, product research, or communication by phone or email with other professionals, contractors, utility companies, municipalities, etc.

Email EMF Consultations are available for a flat-rate fee:

$25 per email containing up to 3 numbered questions. More involved email questions will be billed at the prorated rate of $150 accordingly.

Remote Phone or Video Chat Consultations are offered for a flat-hourly rate:

$50 per 30-minute session.

$100 per 1-hour session.

Remote video chat sessions can be conducted utilizing the following free services: Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet.

Travel Rates

Travel to locations beyond 30 miles from our office, located in the 94559-zip code, a standard California State Milage fee will apply.

How We Protect You: Precautionary Safety Guidelines for EMF Exposure

Our EMFHS Standards follow the highest safety guidelines for your health

Our goal is to create environments as close to nature's electromagnetic background levels as possible. Knowing there are situations where it is not possible to meet Nature’s normal background radiation levels, our EMF-Expert Consultants adopt safety guidelines that are known to be the most conservative in the industry.

These safety limits are known as EMF Precautionary guidelines for exposure and are established by Building Biology (2008), and BioInitiative Report (2012). Although these two standards are not identical, they each contribute to our overall protection strategy.
